This post is a follow-up to the last about Josh.
Josh is a kser. He accepts that.
But this war between him and his people against Berdy and his people is just as retarded as anything else.
I don't know or care who started it.
Josh - You ks people. You don't speed, so I accept you as a friend and I will until I have a reason otherwise. But you do ks, and you need to accept being treated like shit by others for doing it.
Berdy - Some of your comments, from Josh's blog and everything, are out of line. But provocation is a valid excuse. And yea, Josh's side didn't make the situation better by responding like they did.
As long as you're running around ksing everyone, Josh, you'll have encounters like this, and you'll probably have some worse.
All I have to say is the same thing I say far too often. People really need to grow up.

As i said before ksing and harassment are two very very different things.
Ksing is a form of harassment. In fact, I heard a quote from Arvid that ksing, depending on the situation, can be considered harassment by the ToS, and is punishable.
Exactly, Vult-r told me ksing is not harassment and he unjailed me after saying i was jailed unfairly.

One single KS is pretty much standard for EO.
Following a particular player around and KSing EVERYTHING they go for could easily be defined as harassment.

Well, i don't go around following people.
Stick to a spot and ks the people til they leave, but this was in the factory i just run laps and ks everything i see.
